With the help of professionals guiding her, the 54-year-old mother of twins is as fit as ever. And recently, she gave her social media followers a sneak peek into her go-to strength exercises.

J.Lo shared a video of her strength exercises on Instagram.

On March 24, the "Love Don't Cost a Thing" singer took to Instagram to share her exercise routine with followers. The post was part of a collaboration with aim'n, a Swedish activewear brand. "Daily dose of wellness…Happy Sunday everyone," she captioned her post.

She used dumbbells for arm exercises and then worked out her core.

The video was appropriately set to one of Jennifer's songs, "Can't Get Enough." In the clip, she did some stretching before using dumbbells to complete squats, push presses, and split squats. J.Lo then switched to core exercises toward the end.

In a 2016 interview with People, J.Lo dished about how she maintains her incredible level of fitness. “It’s no secret that I love dancing, so it doesn’t even feel like exercise to me," she told the media outlet. "I freestyle dance with Tracy Anderson five times a week. We’ll incorporate light weights (3 lbs) for the arms and moves that focus on the butt and thighs and engage the core.”

J.Lo's trainer, Dodd Romero, opened up about her diet during a 2019 interview with Oprah Daily. "She stays away from processed foods and gets her nutrients from whole sources," he told the media outlet.

On her website, Jennifer's former trainer Tracy explained: "I have her eating very clean because she needs really good fuel for all the things that she’s doing. It’s all organic and it’s all very well thought out, with the balance of very high quality proteins and a lot of nutrient-dense food."
